Plastic pumps

The magnetically coupled plastic pumps from TUMA enable the leak-free pumping of toxic, dangerous, valuable media or media that crystallize in contact with the atmosphere.The drive energy is transferred to the pump impeller without any eddy currents and thus without any power loss using a permanent magnet coupling.In this way, high levels of efficiency can be achieved.

Plastics are used as the standard material for the plain bearings of the pumps. With a special combination of materials, this pump can also run dry. The corrosion-resistant plastics polypropylene (PP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) or perfluoroalkoxy polymers (PFA) are used for the pump components, depending on the operating parameters.
