Thanks to a modular system, many components within the six series are completely identical and interchangeable. Further advantages are the wear-resistant SiC plain bearings, tapered bearings lubricated for life and impellers with back vanes, which reduce the axial load.
The high energy efficiency ensures a sustainable competitive advantage. The most important criteria for an energetically optimal design are a complete range of sizes, impellers with a high level of efficiency, trimming of the impellers for the best design to the operating point and, of course, motors according to IE3.
The pumps for heat transfer technology are available with mechanical seals or magnetic couplings and with volute casings or in-line casings.
Areas of application are temperature control of tool moulds, production of edible oils and dry masses, heating of ovens, large fryers, melting kettles, stirring and mixing kettles in the leather, rubber and chemical industries and much more.
